Crock Pot Peach Cobbler Dessert

This is so simple and delicious, and know one would guess it came out of a slow cooker! Splurge with a little whipped cream on top!

Peach Cobbler Slow Cooker

2 cups frozen peaches , sliced (undrained)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 -9 ounce Jiffy white cake mix (or 1/2 package of a 2-layer size cake mix)
4 tablespoons melted butter


Lightly grease the slow cooke and put peaches in the bottom.
Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss.
Drizzle with vanilla and sprinkle brown sugar over all.
Sprinkle with cinnamon then cake mix.
Drizzle melted butter evenly over cake mix.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
